Homes England is the trading name adopted by the Homes and Communities Agency, our legal entity.We are the data controller of the personal data processed. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we collect, use and store your personal data.
Homes England collects personal data about you when you apply for a vacancy at Homes England via our Applicant Tracking System or when you choose to use the Talent Pool function of the site. We will gather information from external applicants who apply for vacant positions available within Homes England, applicants will come directly and via recruitment agencies, both will be processed in the same manner. The system will also manage all internal applicants for roles via the organisation’s intranet.
