Graduates play a pivotal role in Agency life from day one. We offer a two-year programme embedded within one of our professions.
The programme is designed to build your professional and personal skills, experience and confidence, laying the foundations for a great career. Many of our graduates go on to secure a permanent role with us after completing the programme.
Find out more about the programme by reading the Homes England Graduate brochure

Artificial Intelligence can be a useful tool to support your application, however, all examples and statements provided must be truthful, factually accurate and taken directly from your own experience. Where plagiarism has been identified (presenting the ideas and experiences of others, or generated by artificial intelligence, as your own) applications may be withdrawn and internal candidates may be subject to disciplinary action. Please see our candidate guidance for more information on appropriate and inappropriate use.
You’ll need to have completed a degree or equivalent, such as a Level 6 NVQ, relevant to your chosen profession within 2 years of when you apply.
Our recruitment process has four steps.
We host pre-application taster sessions, open to everyone, to help you discover more about our team and culture. You’ll pick up top tips and guidance on the application process and meet Homes England colleagues, including previous and current graduates. The sessions are optional and independent of the application process.
Attendance does not influence any future application decisions. Our team visits universities across the country to meet recent graduates and final year students. See where we’re visiting by following Homes England on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
